Indoor games VS outdoor games

Indoor games are the group in which the games are played somewhere inside the house of somewhere in shelter without physical exercise. It is mostly played in winters because in that season we need to conserve our energy so we play them mostly in winters. The games can be ludo, chess and other board games which are played while sitting. When we play those games we do not waste our energy and it is good for us to do that is the winters. But it does not make us fit
Outdoor games are the games which are played outside in the air. It requires physical exercise to play that game and it is mostly played in the summers because it is hot and we can play outdoor games in that season . The games in it are mostly the sports games and they are cricket, football, tennis and other out-door games. From all these games, the best and most famous game is football because it requires the most energy and stamina because everyone has to run a lot except the goal keeper
If we compare indoor games and out-door games then both have advantages as well as disadvantages
Indoor games do not make us fit and outdoor games keep us fit because it requires physical exercise. Indoor ga mes are waste of time because they have no effect on ou lives but outdoor games have a lot of good effects. In out-door games we sometimes get hurt while playing or practising while we do not have to suffer any pain in indoor games.

Cricket : Why I love this game..

It’s a game that can be played anywhere by almost anyone. If you ask a cricketer where they fell in love with the game of cricket, most of them will not say on a cricket pitch. They will say in the backyard or in the side-alley or road or on the beach. Cricket is played on all surfaces, in all conditions and different ways around the world. While the same basic ruleset applied, each game could also however have its own additional rules (6-and-out for instance 😊) These nuances have shaped and created some of the most unique nut effective playing styles in cricket history.
It’s a simple game on first glance but has depth. If you watch the shorter forms of International Cricket (Twenty20/T20 or One-Day Cricket), the object of the game is shown most plainly: score more runs than your opponent before they get your team out. T20 cricket for instance lasts around 3 hours, is full of big hits, big scores and much entertainment – a boon for attracting newcomers and viewers to the game.

Importance of warm up before sports

The most important reason for doing a warm up is to prevent injury during exercise; keeping the muscles warm will prevent acute injuries such as hamstring strains and will stave off overuse injuries by allowing the body to prepare steadily and safely. In more static sports, such as cricket, it is a good idea to stretch throughout the game as this will keep the muscles warm and allow them to function effectively; substitutes should also continue to run and stretch while they are waiting to join a game; this is commonly seen in football matches where the substitutes jog, jump and stretch along the sidelines.

Diet for sports persons

A healthy diet for sport and exercise should contain plenty of starchy foods, plenty of fruit and vegetables, some protein foods and some dairy foods. It is also important to stay hydrated. In this section, we will cover: Foods for fuel and exercise – carbohydrates, protein and fat.
